guss was a good dog

One of the Saddest decisions we have ever had to make,
We made today-June 11th, 2008

Our 13 Year old adorable, smiling, farting, belching, limping girl has suffered
long. After breaking her back 6 years ago, she continued to live vivaciously!
But, recently her back legs that suffered nerve damage from the break were
consistently becoming more and more of a burden. We watched
our happy dog limp, fall, and barely be able to stand to eat, or pee.
It was with heavy hearts that we decided it was time to quit being selfish,
quit holding on to her FOR US!!!

Therefore, quietly and finally- painlessly she was put out of her misery with
a belly full of treats, she put down her head and went to sleep forever.

She was the best dog, and she will be greatly missed.

if its too stupid, am i too old?

okay i love art mann, and i know its all about drunks and chicks and is supposed to be fluffly waste of mind stuff, but and there is always a but, the last show i just watched “green beer day”(in oxford,ohio) pissed me off for some reason. im not sure why. i think its cause they say its not st patricks day but 90% of the kids are wearing st patricks day stuff. at least you should come up with something else to put on your shirt wether its amazingly clever or stupid, just put some thought into it! the other thing is the day was founded in 1951 because the college these people attend moved spring break week so it covered st patricks day and apparently the students couldnt stand for it, im not sure why they need to celebrate during the school week, but thats the reason for the day. it doesnt make sense to me! i just cant come up with any reason! why not make it blue beer day or polka dot day, so it could possibly be interesting and different. really makes proud to be a college grad, we are just so smart. but i feel myself growing angry and swelling and turning green! grunt argh rah! must-get—to—-bar!!!!! stupid college kids bore me!
p.s. so cindi just helped me figure out what it might be, that it would be fun to be there drinking but it sux to watch.

at least do something weird like this guy.

okay so here is an article on jimmy carter going to the middle east to talk with hamas.cnn
he maybe old but is still smarter and more with it than g.w. so what i love is the bush admin. is urging against the trip and talking directly with hamas. but the elders (The council of world leaders, known as “The Elders,” was launched by Mandela.) thinks its a good idea. now i know bush is king shit of fuck mountain but come on, someone somewhere knows more than he does(everyone everywhere)meaning at the end he should take some advise and follow it! i think the reason the bush admin doesnt want it to happen is cause carter might be able to set up a workable conflict resolution in a very short amount of time and embarrass the hell out of him! carter has done some amazing things since he was a terrible prez. hello peace prize. anyway chew on that! then rinse and spit. then drink some whiskey.then…. oh i dont have to tell you….right?
or we could send these bears over, they seem to work a crowd well without getting nasty.

brain spun

howdy everybody! not much goin on today. watching my dogs enjoy the sun, wishing i could sleep as well as they do. kinda makes me mad, they can sleep anywhere any time. i havent been able to do that since college and even then it was usually medicated. like last night my brain kept spinning on stupid stuff. squeeze cheese, global warming, card sharks, compressed air, making fun of those less fortunate, not being able to sleep.
so then what do you do? drink? read? watch tv? run naked through the neighborhood? i need to keep a note book by the bed cause i think i solved the socialism/democracy debate. i cant remember everything but it had something to do with a lottery and shock collars. im sure im not the only one with that thought so if yall can fill me in on what i forgot im sure we could get this world runnin smooth in a couple of weeks.
