yeah so i havent felt very bloggy lately. maybe because my blogg is sore, i think i slept on it wrong. and also im low on blogg, i have to get to that blogg specialty store with the super small parking lot. plus we are still dealing with cindis blogg, which is making her nauseuos. then i ate something bloggy the other night that made me blogg all day, couldnt go anywhere. then there are the annoying bloggs all over the dog, its compound wide. well you understand, we all have blogg to deal with.

okay i know that mail gets delivered to different address’ all the time, but give me a break! how hard is it to look at the adress on the envelope and tell the difference between a 1 and a 8? not hard. delivering mail for the usps is the fast food job of the delivery world. so what that really means is the people doing it dont give a crap what they do, they just want to get the stuff out of their bags so their day can be done. the postal service has not helped these carriers buy cutting the amount of carriers and increasing the amount of letters and other junk mail crap each carrier has to haul around. but then again thats government efficiency for ya! plus the office it self doesnt pay attention to requests from its customers, my wife and i have gone out of town had had our mail stopped, only to get home after 4 weeks had had 4 week worth of mail stuffed into a box that can barely handle 1 day worth of mail. this also happened to our neighbors. now here is 2 things, 1 we got a confirmation # so we did our part right, 2 if you are delivering mail to the same place for a month and you see its not getting picked up wouldnt you, just as a human being, maybe check with the branch you work at on the status of the address? or even knock on the door, check if the occupant is okay? but of course the kid behind the counter at mcdonalds doesnt give a crap if you get sweet-n-sour or bar-b-q sauce with your nuggets. customer service has gone out the window and i cant blame the carrier totally, but you should still try and do your job correctly. seriously, i googled usps failures and found tons of delivery problems, mainly on the carrier end. what if they are delivering peoples pay checks to the wrong addy and the person that gets it just throws it away? if you have ever had to track down a pay check you know its not easy, plus they usually take money out of your check to reissue it.
its not only usps, the ups guys arent that great either, they dont even have a giant bag of crap on their backs. 2 days in a row they have delivered to the wrong place and thats worse cause who ever gets a box can open it and maybe find something valuable that you have to fill a bunch of forms that ups says they delivered to the right palce so it must have been stolen. now you have to convince the place you bought it from that you never received it. what a pain in the ass!!!

wooo!! hoooo!! the olympics start friday! im pretty stoked about the usa basketball and thats about it, the rest is super politically charged and im not sure the olympics should even be in china considering what they have done to their own people to make their crap ass country appealing to the rest of the world. but i digress, what im here to talk about is the team. ive been reading some other blogs about how the team is not playing well and they are worried we may not win gold. heres the thing, the us has simply used these first 5 games as pure practice. and thats it, just practice. every team they have played has also used it as practice but with the intent on winning. no team other than the us has used all of its players during the games. meaning they used their best players against our third string. plus many of the teams are saving their best guys from the nba until the olympics actually start. so i guess what im getting at is everybody needs to relax, im sure we are going to se much tighter play and lots of new offensive looks. our defense is awesome! there are lots of great plays in these 5 exhibitions, my favorite was jason kidd blocking the shot of an australian player that was 6′9 while defending a 3 on 1 fast break. think about that kidd is old and short and broke up a fast break with a manhandling blocked shot. im just glad they get to play inside and not have to breath the mud that serves as air outside. so get ready for china in the first round on the 10th. heres the schedule

why didnt i think of this! this is a great way to get rid of w.a.s.p.s, fire bomb their asses! i hate those snooty, white bread, holier than thou, money elitest, pricks! i should have thought of setting their homes on fire long ago. they tormented me all through high school, hurt me, bugged me, built their damn homes where ever they wanted. and when they built those homes they destroyed others home, usually moving in tearing down and building their bigger. man i hate those fricking people….. what? its not people? i thought….. i knew that! oh? well then i guess i should apologize to wasps, the bug. sorry guys, uh bugs. but this guy didnt care about you! norway yeah so this guy was a genius. i love reading the translations of foreign news stories. the one from japan are the best, but this one isnt bad. i love how he thinks its an accident to pour gas on a rag and then lite it then stuff goes up in flames. i hope his insurance agent can keep a straight face for at least 15 sec. before telling him what a “great” idea he had. well have a nice day and dont forget to brush.

wow this is one messed up dude. im talking about the guy who hacked another guys head off on a bus in canada. check it. this is very bizarre and something im having trouble wrapping my head around. maybe im not supposed to understand it. its just really bothering me for some reason. i need to give condolences to the victims family and friends. i dont know them but, come on this is very tragic and i just want them to not be mad at me for writing about it with out knowing him. like i said for some reason im really upset by this and need to get it out. its more than anger at a thing (because he is no longer human) that could do this, but what made the guy snap. was it something that could make anyone snap? was it building and he was just hiding his true nature for years? was it political, racial, moral, mental, humor gone wrong, drugs, etc… this is why im freaked i think. it could super comlicated or it could be super simple. thats the unpredictability or life i know, but thats too damn random for me today. i want to climb in a hole so no crazy freak can get me. i dont like the feeling, and i dont know what to do. so im just gonna look and listen to others are doing. hows about all of you?

so legislaters are considering decriminalizing pot use for responsible users. okay i know how many jokes are connected to that statement, but lets think about this logically. first go read the article at cnn
now a few people say this is a bad idea cause it will make it easier for their kids to get the weed. this is the issue i want to concentrate today. they are stupid. if you regulate and control how one has to get it, then you have control over who can buy it, unlike now where anybody can by from any dirt bag on the street. how many little kids do you see walking into a drug store and coming out with a 40 o’beer. if people look at weed as a money making prospect that would be taxed and create jobs, kinda like the alcohol industry, then i think we could see an evolution of freedom and thought that can take us into the future of new products and enlightenment to actually have that jetsons like world we all want. imagine it could all start with a simple legal toke.
of course there are many other reasons to lift the prohibition, relieving the stress on our cops and prisons, have more money(from taxed weed) to pay for more emergency services. i could go on but i had the one topic and thats all you get.

so the weekend was great. i went to del mar, drank way too expensive beer, bet some ponies, and won a little bit of money. im not hooked but definately would suggest going to anybody who hasnt. san diego is nice palce, lots of things to do; restaurants, art stuff, and its easy to get around, the public trans is well located and easy to figure out. not like l.a. where its takes an hour to get to a train to get where you want to go. also hampton inns are pretty nice, good breakfast and wifi(they give an access number)and they are fairly tolerant of noisy drunks. at least thats what someone tells me. oh yeah lots of chicks, lots. later.

so he should go to office max and buy $100 worth of stuff and drop 10,000 pennies on the counter.

so im watching headline news and they are talking about this senator stevens from alaska being indicted for making false statements. basically he got gifts from an oil company, he got material and labor from the oil company to remodel his house in alaska. no im all for the people in government being held accountable for their actions but this is kinda retarded. he forgot to file some paper work that said he was doing this renovation or he was trying to do it on the sly, what ever, its not that big a deal. bush has committed treason and nobody is going after him. i just hate when the “authorities” decide to do their job its on something small and easy, go get the big fish jerk offs! check it out for yourself and tell me if it doesnt sound over blown. cnn

All law makers should live the law they are making

So I have been thinking lately about the way laws are made. Some one who doesn’t like something comes up with and idea of how to ban it or regulate it and then gets congress to read (and that is the important word hear read) a bunch of documents with bullshit statistics and these know it alls in Washington decide what is best for the country. Fine, I understand that certain things need to be done that way but there are a lot of things like the no child left behind bill that don’t work, and anybody that says it does has never taught at a school where passing a kid in 8th grade who cant read at a 4th grade level is the norm!
Children getting on grade level is not the sole responsibility of the school and taking the child to another school doesn’t work, so if the kids aren’t keeping up the government takes funds away from the school, so the schools send the kids through so they dont lose money. This doesn’t mean the kids are actually learning at the grade level they are in, but that the school teachers are told to pass the kids to keep the government from taking money from the school. Don’t let the g-man fool you into thinking these statistics that they put out are accurate. Margret Spellings needs to go into those schools and actually try to teach these kids on their “grade level” and see just how well her program is working! i say this because my mom teaches in a school that does exactly what i have said, and it makes her life hell trying to explain to a 15yr old why there and their are 2 different words with 2 different meanings. its stupid.
The children are the future of this country, I sure would like it if they could read! Thanks bush you have once again done a great disservice to our nation!

the mom was talking to the news today saying how the parents who raised the shooters raised monsters. shes right and im glad shes blaming parents, it about time people took responsibility for the children they have and the actions those children take. but along with that is the target those gang bangers were after. maybe the people who live in the building need to go after the intended target. they all need to pay for the girls death, if they were doing some banging themselves to bring the attack to that building they are just as guilty! im just tired of parents not teaching humanity to their children, its not hard by the time they learn to talk that respect should have been given a base to teach more complex ideas as the child grows. you teach them how not burn them selves on a stove hows about teaching them killing is worse.
